We only had 2 weeks to sell the house and move to PA. Marcia Collins was prompt in responding to our urgent need to sell the house quickly and made every effort to list it online immediately & inform us of questionable repairs that we needed to take care of beforehand which was invaluable help to us. The house sold in 3 days and we left Kennewick in less than 2 wks. Our two daughters had Power of Attorney and Marcia worked with both of them directly which left us free to attend our ministry school in PA without being bothered with last minute details. Immediately after that she sold our daughter's house in 6 days. Marcia Collins has always been our only choice when it came time to sell our home. Her professionalism, real estate knowledge and ability to work with people is the best!!! ERA is very blessed to have her in their organization!!
